• Experience. More than 19 years of practical work (there were such organizations among our clients as Moscow Municipal Council, 1990; All-Union Fund of Peoples of the Extreme North, Siberia and the Far East, 1991; "Dainova" Ltd., 1995-1999; the National Bank of the Republic of Belarus, 1999; Joint-stock company "Kostromskaja power plant", 2004; "Wall-Street" Ltd., 2001-2005; Joint-stock company "Irontel", 2002-2007 and others).
• We have designed, checked-out and introduced into practice "Rating Analysis" problem solving technologies that are currently in successful operation (S.Alaksandrau, P.Fadziejeu. Rating Analysis Manual; Minsk: Technology, 1997).
• We have designed, checked-out and introduced into practice development management instruments that are currently in successful operation (computer management systems "Delta-Personnel", "Management Techniques", "Personnel Adviser", "Leader's Intellectual Partner").
• Current Research. We are currently carrying out a research project in the sphere of complex multi-context information systems (S.Alaksandrau, P.Fadziejeu, Multicontext automatic processing of large amounts of information. Principles, methods, initial algorithms; Minsk: Intellectual Partner, 2000).
• Current Research. We are currently carrying out a research project in the sphere of dramatic movement of phenomena and processes (P.Fadziejeu, Theory of dramatic movement; Minsk: Intellectual Partner, 2005).
• Current Research. We are currently carrying out a research project for creation of modern manual of Belarusian language (S.Alaksandrau, H.Mycyk, Speak Belarusian to me, Basic course of Belarusian language, Minsk: Intellectual Partner, 2001; Moscow: Variant, 2008).
• We are also involved in research of history of positive management and development.
